From one to nine in 31 minutes...

I started talking with Level3 at 14:08 about changing the framing on the CHIC-NEWY backbone OC-192 to 10GigE and bringing up the other 9 lambdas on that path. This IM exchange with Rob Vietzke says it all:

[14:40] NOC - Chris Robb: It includes the amount of time to get a tech to check it
[14:40] NOC - Chris Robb: If that weren't part of it, it would have taken about 5 minutes
